If you are past due on your mortgage payments but may now be able to keep current on your mortgage, you may qualify for a Repayment Plan.
This alternative requires that you keep current on your monthly loan payment and also pay an additional amount towards your past due amount each month until the loan is brought current.  In order to have same reviewed, please provide 2 current pay stubs, 2 month's bank statements, last 2 year's income tax returns with all schedules and W2's and a statement describing your financial situation and the reason you would like to be considered for this option.  YOU MUST ALSO PROVIDE A CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FOR CONTACT.
