A Forebearance Agreement is an Agreement to halt any foreclosure proceeding as long as the terms of the Forebearance Agreement are met. 
In order to have same reviewed, please provide 2 current pay stubs, 2 month's bank statements, last 2 year's income tax returns with all schedules and W2's and a statement describing your proposed terms of payment.  YOU MUST ALSO PROVIDE A CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FOR CONTACT.
